About Me

The world of hockey is a challenging one to navigate. It is a game of discipline, tenacity and courage. The biggest game is mental. I had the amazing opportunity to live overseas at the age of 16 to play the game I loved. As a Canadian living in Germany I learned a lot and I want to share it with other young kids. What you do off the ice makes all the difference and I want everyone to learn how to create healthy habits that will outlast any hockey career. The way you practice is the way you compete.
